By placing an order with Bruiser Arms, you ACCEPT the terms and conditions provided on this page.  Please read them carefully.

 

Legality 

It is YOUR responsibility as a customer to know the legality of the items you are ordering.  While many items contained in our kits are not age restricted, they must be purchased as complete kits. All kits include at least one firearm. Bruiser Arms is not responsible for any items refused by your FFL dealer.  It is your responsibility to contact your preferred FFL to inquire about the transfer of the items you are ordering prior to placing your order.

Additionally, Bruiser Arms is not responsible for any items that were legal for a customer to purchase and/or own at the date the customer places an order, but which later become restricted or illegal before the customer’s receipt of the goods. Bruiser Arms will work with customers to cancel any such order; however, if the order is already in-process or has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  1. You MUST be 21 years old to purchase a kit from Bruiser Arms.
  2. Firearms are ONLY sent to licensed FFL dealers.  If you are the end user and you are having your firearm shipped to a dealer for transfer, we must have your dealers FFL information on file and you must have their permission to have your firearm shipped to them for transfer prior to placing your order.  Federal background checks are required before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you.  ALL dealers will charge you a fee for transferring a firearm and you should contact the dealer to ask the amount of that fee prior to placing your order.
  3. You understand that firearms are inherently dangerous and accept full liability for product failure or misuse.  You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.
  4. Bruiser Arms reserves the right to refuse any order.
  5. If you order a firearm that normally comes with a magazine that is not allowed in your state (e.g., “high-capacity), your firearm will be shipped without the magazine and with no adjustment nor discount to the price of the firearm.
  6. You, the customer, are responsible for contacting your selected FFL prior to placing your order to verify the following  1) if they will accept the transfer for ALL items on your order,  2) what is their current address and does it match what is shown in their listing on our site for your order,  3) are they still in business,  4) what fees will they charge you for conducting the transfer.  Bruiser Arms is not responsible for any issues that arise from the customer’s failure to follow this step.  Bruiser Arms does not have any relationships with FFLs, and thus FFLs are not representatives or agents of Bruiser Arms in any manner.

Order Processing and Payments

Order Processing 

    1. To initiate kit customization, assembly, and fulfillment, Bruiser Arms requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of purchase.
    2. The remaining balance and shipping charges are collected upon shipment of the order.

NOTE – Bruiser Arms reserves the right to consider order cancellations and deposit refunds on a case-by-case basis. 

Accepted Forms of Payment 

    1. Bruiser Arms accepts all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, debit cards, and bank ACH payments.
    2. Customers can save 3.5% by purchasing via debit or ACH.

NOTE – Bruiser Arms assumes no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with credit/debit transactions; this includes any charges associated with processing errors, etc.  

Warranty, Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

Warranty

  1. Our kits only contain brand-new products from our vendor partners. Therefore, all products are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
  2. Firearms and their respective functional components are tested and calibrated prior to shipping to ensure full functionality and accuracy.
NOTE Custom engraving, stippling, and painting performed by Bruiser Arms will not void manufacturers’ warranties.

Returns 

Returns are very costly to internet sellers of firearms.  Due to the expense incurred by returns, we make every effort to ensure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising.  If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

  1. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. You must first call 737.260.3392 to obtain a return reference (RR) # before returning any merchandise.  Failure to do so will result in your return package not being accepted.
  3. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility in all instances, except in cases where we shipped the incorrect item due to our error.  If the incorrect product was shipped due to our error, a call tag or return shipping label may be issued to facilitate the return of the item.
  4. All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.  Bruiser Arms reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
  5. IMPORTANT – An RR # and a detailed note explaining the reason must be included with all returns.  Be sure to include all current contact information (name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and copy of invoice).
  6. For all items under a manufacturer’s warranty, the customer should handle the return directly with the manufacturer.
  7. No firearms returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing components, etc., once you have accepted the FFL dealer transfer.  ALWAYS inspect your firearm(s) PRIOR to accepting the transfer from your dealer.
  8. Shipping charges and credit card processing fees are never refunded.
  9. If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
  10. Firearms cannot ship with a live round in them. You must remove live rounds from firearms and packaging before shipping them. 

 

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. You must call 737.260.3392 to cancel your order.
  3. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, callback number, invoice number, and reason for calling, and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.
 
Order Changes 
  1. No changes can be made to an order after it has been placed, as it relates to items ordered or quantities ordered.  Be sure your order is correct before you hit submit.
  2. Your firearm(s) will ship to the FFL dealer you select when placing the order. Be sure to ALWAYS contact your selected FFL before placing your order to verify 1) if they are still in business,  2) will they accept the transfer for ALL items on your order,  3) if their address correct in their listing on our site used for your order, and 4) what fees will they charge you for conducting the transfer.  All non-firearm products are shipped directly to your preferred shipping address.
 
Refunds 
  1. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Refunds processed within 90 days of the original purchase date will be issued in the same manner in which the original payment was made.
  3. Credit Card refunds are subject to a 3.5% return fee.
  4. Transfer Fees charged by your FFL dealer – Fees charged by a dealer transferring a firearm to the end user will not be refunded by Bruiser Arms for any reason.  These transactions are at the full risk and expense of the consumer.
  5. Shipping charges are never refunded.  If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the item to you.  No exceptions.
  6. If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (you failed the background check, FFL refused to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc.), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
  7. Packages returned to the sender for any reason (this includes an FFL being closed or no adult available to sign for a package) will be refunded minus the original shipping and return shipping charges.
